Storage: Store at cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Keep refrigerated upon consume as soon as possible.

Direction: Soak in water to soften kelp for cooking. Can be used for stew, pickles or soup.

Note: The white powder on the kelp is mannitol secreted by kelp, not mildew.
