The delicious and healthy vegetarian soup basis makes it easier for everyone to cook soup!
The ingredients are ginger juice, kelp extract, angelica powder, ginger powder, kelp powder, grapefruit spices to enhance the flavour, and yeast powder to enhance the umami taste.
How to use:
1. Directly add 20 times hot water to serve soup.
2. Cook soup and porridge; before cooking, add 1-2 tablespoons to serve.
3. Add 50 times of boiling water, it can be used as a steamboat soup base.
采用姜汁、昆布抽取物、当归粉、南姜粉、海带粉,并以葡萄柚香料提升风味,再以酵母粉提升鲜味口感。汤头的风味已经调制完整,烹煮时可以省去调味步骤,煮菜更便利。煮汤时用好汤头作为基底,搭配麻辣酱或麻油当归酱,汤头风味更不同凡响!
使用方式:
1.直接加20倍热开水,即成汤头。
2.煮汤、熬粥;炒菜起锅前,酌量添加1-2汤匙,即可上桌。
3.加50倍开水,可做为火锅边炉汤底或补充用高汤。
