Membership Details
Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to all customers of Yes Natural in Singapore.
- Each member may hold only one account registered under a unique email address or mobile number.
- Membership is free and non-transferable.
Earning Points
- Members will earn 1 Point for every S$1 spent in a single transaction (after discounts, vouchers, and promotions).
- Points are based on the final amount paid and will be credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase.
- Points can be earned and used across all Yes Natural outlets and online (where applicable).
- No points will be awarded for:
- Delivery fees or service charges
- Gift voucher purchases
- Items purchased using points or vouchers
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed in-store during checkout.
- 100 Points = S$1 redemption value.
- Redemptions must be made in increments of 100 points.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined between members.
- Partial payment with points and other payment methods is permitted.
Points Validity
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Expired points will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
- Members are responsible for checking point balances and expiry dates.
Account Management
- Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
- Yes Natural reserves the right to verify member identity before processing any redemption or update.
- Lost or compromised accounts should be reported immediately.
Program Amendments & Termination
- Yes Natural reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be published on the official website at www.yesnatural.sg/membership.
- Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
- All personal data collected is handled in accordance with Yes Natural’s Privacy Policy.
- Data will be used solely to manage membership benefits, enhance customer experiences, and share relevant updates or promotions.
