Revitalizes spleen, Regulate digestive system.

Cooking Method:

Rinse herbs and place them into a pot add 1.5L of water. 

Add 500g of ingredients of choice.

(Vegetables or meat) Bring to a boil and lower fire to simmer for 2 hours.

Ingedients: Eurayle, Lotus Seed, Wolfiporia, Chinese Yam.

Refrigerate to maintain freshness
