Taiwan Black Rice

Black rice contains manganese, zinc, copper and other inorganic salts which higher than white rice 1 to 3 times; black rice also contain vitamin C, chlorophyll, anthocyanin, carotene and cardiac glycosides and other special ingredients which is not found in white rice. Thus black rice is more nutritious than white rice.
