Nutritional Yeast 100g (Flakes)

An excellent source of protein, containing essential amino acids. High in vitamin B such as B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and folic acid.

Ingredients: Dried yeast, Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin hydrochloride (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12.

Usage: Because of its cheesy flavour, it may be used as cheese replacement in -paste, pizza, popcorn and bread. Sprinkle on cereals, salads, toufu and rice. Add to juice or soups.

Store in cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated once opened.
