Kelp, a seaweed rich in iodine, calcium and other minerals, can be of great value in maintaining a healthy heart. The kelp plant contains over 70 types of minerals and trace elements, growth hormones, vitamins, enzymes, and proteins.

Simply add into hot water/soup for 2 minutes, it will be ready to serve! It goes exceptionally well with miso or any vegetable soup.
