Shichuanese Wontons in red oil

Ingredients:
Half a box of fresh vegetable wontons, finely chopped coriander, and vegetables (Tip: This Dish without vegetables has a strong flavor.) 
 
seasoning:
(a) 10cc of white vinegar, 10cc of black vinegar, 5cc of soy sauce, a little toon paste, a little sesame paste (each about the size of a peanut)
 
(b) Spicy oil.
 
 
practice:
1. Put the seasoning (a) into a bowl and mix for sauce.
2. Steam the wontons in an electric pot or boil them in boiling water.
3. Put the cooked wontons into a bowl of sauce and mix well. 
4. After sprinkling with coriander, top with spicy oil and serve.
 
Tips:
There are two types of wonton cooking:
A. Steaming in an electric pot (to prevent the wonton from breaking) 
(1). Coat the bottom of the dish with cooking oil, then spread the wontons (slightly separated), and put them in the electric pot. 
(2). Put 2 grids of water (rice measuring cup) in the outer pot of the electric pot to steam.
 
B. Boiled (smooth taste)
(1). Take out the frozen wontons and put them in boiling water, wait for the water to boil, and cook them over medium heat. 

(2). When cooking wontons, turn the wontons up and down several times. When part of the skin is transparent, remove them.
