Sweet Potato Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients: 80g oatmeal (one cup), 230g sweet potato puree, 35g raisins
Preparation:
1. After the sweet potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree, take a cup (about 230g) for use.
2. Add the oats and mix well. Let it stand for 5 ∼ 10 minutes. The sweet potato oat paste will dry out a bit.
3. Add raisins and mix well, divide into 20 portions.
4. Sweet potato oatmeal paste will stick to your hands. You can cover it with plastic wrap or put on plastic gloves and press it to a thickness of 1.5 cm.
5. Grease the baking tray, preheat the oven to 175 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes to complete.
