Pineapple Fried Rice


Ingredients:
240g pineapple, 50g green pepper, 50g red pepper, 50g fresh fungus, 120g vegetarian ham, 330g rice (about 2 bowls), 100g cashew nuts, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil


Method:
1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces, dice green peppers, red peppers, fresh fungus, and vegetarian ham. Put the cashews in a small oven and bake for about 5 minutes (or fry them in a dry pan until they turn golden brown).
2. Put the pineapples in a dry pot and stir for about 5 minutes to set aside.
3. After pouring the oil in the pot, fry the diced ham until slightly browned, then add the green peppers, red peppers, fungus, and rice and stir fry.
4. Drizzle with soy sauce to season, add the dried pineapple, stir-fry evenly, serve, and finally sprinkle with cashew nuts.
