Miso Dry Noodles
The combination of miso and peanut butter is very often used in Japanese cold dishes. The nutty-rich sauce is perfect for enjoying with sesame leaves. With the addition of half-cut tomatoes, the whole dish is like a salad, fresh and refreshing, with a romantic and exotic flavor.
Ingredients:
200 grams dried shreds,
sesame leaves 50 grams,
5 small tomatoes
Seasoning:
peanut butter 10ml
miso 5ml
sesame oil 2ml
sugar 5ml
boiling water 30ml
Method : 1. Rinse the dried silk with boiling water for a while.
2. Wash the sesame leaves and small tomatoes, tear the sesame leaves into small pieces, and cut the tomatoes in half.
3. Add boiling water to dilute the miso and peanut butter, then add sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make seasonings.
4. After mixing the dried shreds and vegetables, put on a plate and pour evenly mixed seasonings.
