Ingredients:
Glutinous rice balls (Tangyuan)
Sweet rice wine
Sugar
Osmanthus Flowers
Methods of preparations:
Step 1: Unpack the rice balls, set them aside on a plate
Step 2: Add and boil water in a pot
Step 3: Drop the rice balls into the pot until they start to float
Step 4: Add the sweet rice wine, stir, and wait for it to boil
Step 5: Lastly, add the sugar and Osmanthus flowers, and serve
