Steamed buns with Tempeh and Kimchi

Ingredients:
1 steamed bun
Tempeh (half slice) 
Korean Kimchi 


Methods of preparations: 
1. Steam the steamed buns and allow them to cool slightly before slicing them into halves. 
2. Slice the tempeh into 4-5 small pieces and fry both sides till they turn golden brown.
3. Place an appropriate amount of Korean Kimchi and fried Tempeh on half a slice of steam bun and cover it with the other half.
