Aged Plum Vinegar Tomato

Ingredients:
500g small tomatoes
A pinch of organic agave honey
600ml of water
Plum vinegar 20ml
Perilla Plum 20ml
1 tablespoon of mulberry jam

Method of preparation: 
1. Use a fruit knife to make a shallow cross knife mark on the pedicle of the small tomatoes. Place the small tomatoes into a pot of hot boiling water (with the heat turned off) and cover the pot with a lid. After 1 minute, take the small tomatoes out from the pot and remove their skins. 
2. Place the water, plum vinegar, perilla plum, organic agave honey, mulberry jam, and small tomatoes into a bowl and stir the mixture slightly before placing them into a bottle. Refrigerate the bottle overnight and consume the next day.
