Stir-fried Tomato Kimchi and Soy Chip
Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes (a little)
2. 2pcs Frozen or fresh soy chips
3. Corn kernels (a little)
4. Kimchi (a little)
5. Soup stock (moderate)
6. Pinch of salt
7. Oil (a little)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half and set aside.
2. Cut the soy chips in half, then again into squares, and set aside.
3. Set aside the kimchi and corn kernels.
4. Heat the pan, add the oil and tomatoes, and fry for a bit before adding the kimchi, then stir fry. As the juices from the ingredients evaporate, add the soy chips, corn kernels and soup.
5. Drain the remaining juices, season, and serve.
