Organic Lily Bulbs
Light brown and freshly dried lily bulbs that have a chewy and slightly crunchy texture. They are commonly used in hot & spicy soups as well as herbal soups. With a faint sweet earthy taste to it, it adds a good aroma to our meals. Medicinally, it is sometimes used to relieve cough, low grade fever, restlessness and irritability.
Usage Tips: Soak Dried Lily Buds in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse. Cut off and discard tips (the stem ends). Cut the buds in half, then use as it is or pull into shreds. You only need a little at a time.
